We began by overhauling their graphic identity, giving it visual energy, representative of their proactive customer attitude. Next, we turned their “We do this…” message 180° and put the focus on the customer, talking about their success and satisfaction and the Bigelow commitment to it.

While the competition was focusing on small parts, we made Bigelow and the small parts they manufacture the most “important part” of their customers’ success.

All of this is contained in a website that delivers on the brand promise and gives the visitor a full and rich experience that informs and educates.
