To create a distinct brand personality among prospects, Delia Associates created the “Rx” campaign, utilizing unexpected spellings of words that reflected the Norwich leadership message. An updated website was created to provide intuitive navigation and enhanced value to the visitor, while offering a “virtual visit” video of the company’s manufacturing facilities. We also employed an online marketing program that placed the Norwich message in front of its customers and prospects on a timely basis.
