At first pass, it’s easy to get stoked by the writings of Kirosaki. That is, until you actually go out and try to do some real estate transactions. It’s just a tad more complicated than he makes it out to be. Also, I would argue it’s easier to be “financially free” if you’re kid-free as well. Anyone with teenagers knows that college tuition takes a healthy bite out of one’s financial free-ness.
