DIRECTOR, BRAND STRATEGY and CREATIVE
An accomplished and experienced strategist, planner and creative thinker, Rich has been connecting brands and customers for more than two decades. As a Brand Strategist, he’s been instrumental in launching and positioning new brands, re-positioning existing ones, opening new market opportunities and developing strategic branding initiatives that have driven growth and bottom line success for consumer, retail, and business-to-business clients alike.
In his role as Creative Director, Rich has consistently and effectively utilized his leadership skills to spearhead online and offline marketing efforts for clients on a global, national and regional basis. From automotive and retail to healthcare and pharmaceutical, from home décor and financial to technology and electronics, his creative passion and problem-solving attitude have resulted in prosperity for businesses and companies in virtually every industry.
In addition to his extensive brand development skills, Rich also serves as Delia’s video producer/director. From script through the final cut, Rich guides and manages the entire scope of the video production process.
Rich is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BFA in Fine Arts/Advertising. For the last ten years, he has been an adjunct faculty member in the Robert Busch School of Design at Kean University, Union, New Jersey. In 2007, he was the honored recipient of the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching.
