Ed Delia became President of Delia Associates in 1998, assuming full control of the company founded by his father, Michael A. Delia, in 1964. Under Ed’s leadership, Delia Associates has contributed directly to the success and growth of a wide variety of clients, from global to regional organizations.
The firm has helped many businesses to grow and expand their sales opportunities through the development and implementation of highly successful brand-based programs. Known for its business-centric creativity, Delia Associates has received numerous professional awards and industry commendations.
Under Ed’s direction, Delia Associates developed and launched a proprietary brand development system designed to take customers through a detailed process that results in the development of a unique brand identity platform. This innovative and self-contained system, called The Brand Leadership Solution™, was first introduced in September 2003. To date, it has been successfully used to launch, introduce, or revitalize more than 200 brands.
Ed earned the distinction of being named one of NJBIZ’s “Forty Under 40,” which recognizes up-and-coming business leaders in New Jersey. He is a past recipient of Somerset County’s Outstanding Business Person of the Year. Ed was also recognized with two Chapter Achievement Awards while serving on the board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization NJ Chapter.
Ed is one of only 250 professionals nationwide to be designated a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) by the American Marketing Association. He has been a Vistage Expert Speaker since 2007, and a Vistage member since 2011. Throughout the year, Ed presents to numerous business organizations and associations on the subjects of brand development and digital branding.

Ed attended North Hunterdon Regional High School and later graduated from The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ. He earned his B.A. in English from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. Ed enjoys snowboarding in the winter and baseball and fishing in the warmer months. He resides in Clinton, NJ with his wife Lori, their twins, and a fun-loving Bichon named Jeter.
