Lori Schiraldi Delia, Esq.

Vice President and General Counsel

Lori is the organizational “heart and soul” of Delia Associates, managing key operations, human resources and client relations while also serving as a consultant on legal issues. Prior to joining the organization, Lori spent over ten years as a litigator in the employment law departments of two prominent New Jersey law firms, Wolff and Samson (now Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi) and then Collier, Jacob and Mills (now Fisher and Phillips).  She is a contributing author for two New Jersey employment law publications, Employment Litigation in New Jersey, published by LexisNexis Matthew Bender, 2006, Rev. 2020 (Chapters on Pleadings and Responses, Including Common Defenses) and New Jersey Labor and Employment Law, published by ICLE/NJSBA 2001, Rev. 2019 (Chapters on Sexual Harassment and Recovery of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs).

She received her B.A. in English, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1990 and her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995. Lori is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the District of Columbia.

Lori volunteers her time as a Girl Scout troop leader, an alumni interviewer for the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program, and a Co-Chair of the Communications Committee of the Hoya Hoop Club.
